The DC traffic grid.: Efficiency at its greatest!
Why more cities haven't adopted a series of one way streets and detours feeding into numerous traffic circles, where motorists count sylabbles in the street name in an attempt to locate themselves in a city? It's genius!

For me during the daytime, I rode a bike or took the Metro

BTW, I know the secret to parking in Georgetown
