5. Again, let's see.
Florida: Home of palm trees, warm winters, plenty of sunshine, and the most coastline of any state in the lower 48.

DC: Home of traffic circles and a slur nicknamed football team that is too ashamed to actually play in the city itself, so it decides to leach off Maryland instead (which already has a far superior NFL football team).

I'll take the crazy people over that, any day! :P
