I just made 200 chicken enchiladas .... I am tired

a lady at our school lost her 8 year old granddaughter to brain cancer so we are going to take her dinner for a week.

I made 200 enchiladas...they have a big family

25 are for my family. I can not make them and not have some for my family

whenever I have thoughts of hating all of humankind it is posts like this that give me a little hope

5. my heart just goes out to the family. There was so much hope in the beginning

but just the last couple of weeks things went downhill fast.

The grandmother is so devestated, it is hard to see her this way. She is a rock and always a comforter in our building. We are all just at a loss of what to do.

I made the enchiladas and others on my team made the rice/beans and salad and desert

I love cooking and if I didn't have to work, and had lots of money, I would open a resturaunt
