Has to be one of my favourite tunes of all time. Plus, though I'm just 30, I associate it alot with my teen years as "Meaty beaty big and bouncy" was one of the tapes my buddy had in his truck when we were out cruising around. Sigh. Memories.

4. Six years as a journalist, I'm as jaded as jaded can be,
I can imagine slipping further into the void. I'm pretty well in the basement.

8. well look in the mirror and see me
I was at one time a would be journalist (through covering sports)and left it because it was a big shit stink about nothing that really mattered,at the time. My heroes I cared about didn't care, and after awhile neither did I.

Same thing here. That said, I do still care deep down. But no one else does, that's why I fled to China.

3. Great minds think alike
I was just giving "Who's Next" a listen earlier. Talk about a landmark rock and roll record.

7. I used to listen to that song on 8 track tape
I don't think I ever had it on cassette, but I do have it on CD and have converted it to mp3.
