Washington Reagan Nationals/Expos have never won a division, championship, or World Series.

Pittsburgh Pirates:
(9) Divisional Titles
(9) NL Pennants
(5) World Series Championships.
(16) consecutive losing seasons.

1. Of all time? Not even close. The Padres suck far worse

than the Pirates could ever hope to.

Outside of that run two years ago, they've been one of the worst franchises in pro-sports.

They haven't been one of the worst franchises in pro sports, not by a mile or even a country mile. In terms of worst ownership in pro sports, on the other hand, they're right up there in the top 10.

And anyway! Who finished 63-99 and in dead last in the NL Worst last year? Hmmmmmmm?

4. Les Expos were on track to win the NL East in '94

the naked greed of the owners might well have ended up costing them the franchise; if they'd gone on to win it all, they might have been able to build an actual fan base.

to win the WS than the Nats do....:P
