Getting nervous. Sort of becoming hung up on a nice guy who is not a repuke.

I can't blog it because he's a myspace friend, so posting here at one a.m. is the best alternative. This guy... I'm nervous. He has never laid eyes on me but lives only about a mile or two away. We met online. I know he likes me very much as a friend he can write candidly to, and that's probably it. But he says very sweet things he need not, and he tells me things that are surely designed to please - things that aren't compliments but that refer to our common interests.

I am so not willing to get fucked over again and intend to keep this online. But he's not just a pretty face (and he IS a pretty face) but he's also somebody who reads and thinks and plays music and helps cancer patients as a radiation therapist, and he loves his work precisely because he believes he can help. I have no idea why he has turned his attention to me.

Hopefully he will disappear and I can go on with my self-involved misery but in the meantime, please disregard this post! :)

Speaking of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach, I got some parking tickets from each of the two cities back in 1981, even though I had never been in either city. My vehicle registration was held up because of the tickets. I had a lawyer friend investigate the matter, and it turned out that the tickets were for a car with the same license plate number that I had, but with the state of New York. :argh: We were able to get the matter resolved.

how are ya? Sorry I haven't called in a while I've been super busy. Three jobs and aging parents doesn't leave much time for much else or for some much needed rest. Heck I'm lucky to get a couple hours on the computer once a week. Ah no rest for the wicked they say...
