6. You'll be alright if you do three things:1)Sleep a normal number of hours for you
2)Eat a full, balanced meal during your lunch break and pack energy bars for break time. 3)Don't drink to excess this weekend or next week and avoid caffeine in the latter part of the shift.
It's actually pretty easy to do that crazy sked for just a week. I've done it. The key is treating your body well.
