Don't miss the broadband until the wifi runs dry...
Staying in a fairly posh hotel at the moment, but they seem to have the entire hotel sharing one DSL connection, through wifi. So, it's like being back on a 56K dial-up connection, almost. Except this seems to either be fine one minute, or just nothing the next. I just tried to stream that business card guy's video, and it was just slow... slow... stop.

Maybe I'll appreciate my zippy connection when I get home.

2. Yeah it sucks when hotels do that.
Or when some place charges extra, something like $10/day for an internet connection. For the price of a room in a nice downtown hotel they should have a damned T1 for the place.
