she can get one at one of the 5-million (that's a slight exaggeration) locations of The Pleasure Place in the greater metro DC area or order it online at Babeland or Adam and Eve. Seriously, I tend to buy these things online...they're hard to explain when they search your backpack randomly entering the Subway or Metro.
