I came across a little secret that works for me, and it has given me such relief, I thought I would share it, in case it can be of help to someone else. The secret is...drumroll...Netipot. Okay, maybe it's not such a secret, but three months ago, if someone told me I would be sticking the funnel end of a teapot up my nose every night I would have told them they were sick and twisted. But, about a month ago, my air passages were so blocked and stuffy I couldn't sleep. I was miserable. So I bought the damn blue kettle at Walgreens and I have moments now when I can breath 100% through both nostrils. It's the second best thing to having an orgasm.

Just go easy the first few times. I did get carried away and misread the instructions and ended up with a bloody nose one night, but other than that, it's been all upside. Oh, and bottled, purified water worked best for me. Filtered city water, the worst.
