4. Um. Sometimes.
Depends on how drunk the people get. Considering the celebration involves beer, Polish sausage, getting whipped by pussy willows and squirting people in the chest with water...yeah, dirty is a good way to describe it.

3. I moved from Rochester to Buffalo awhile back.
