crappy ass day

my horoscope said this could very well be the best day of my life, not that I put too much stock in that, but jeebus. I wen't to my aunt's ......inside.....dog, flowers, candles.......allergy nightmare, plus tons of screaming irishmen, not great for panic disorder. So I go out back on the deck......pollen and all that but bearable, chilly but hte sun was nice, I drank my beer and some cousins came and hung with me. Then they started a fire in the pit and everyone started smoking cigars and cigs......I couldn't breathe....asthma attack. Finally hudled in the back of the garage trying to breathe and nobody gave a shit.......stole some beers and walked the fuck home. Even after a shower and meds I still feel like shit and my face is bright red.......from panic and allergens.....Happy Fucking Easter!

I don't know why that is - maybe because we expect them to be the place where we really are welcomed and cherished and loved - but it is. I've seen it over and over. Some people just become invisible to the other family members, who are almost always boobs.

thanks hon, for giving a shit.......I can always count on you guys. Thanks to all of you.....I finally took the cold compress of my face.....hives everywhere even my eyelids......am heating up some lasagna.....then valium and a good book......lots of meds and I can breathe but man do I hurt. No body has called to check on me. Thanks again all you.....I"ll sltop by after I eat! :loveya:

I just ate, have my ac on and my hepa filter, in my "bubble room" took all my meds the rest is just waiting for it all to kick in.
