How are you today? I am well rested after a long lazy weekend. I spent most time on my balcony, reading a good mystery and enjoying the sun. Did I mention that we have summer weather here? Temps in the 70s. I had to go into the shade yesterday already because my arms were turning red. No need for a sunburn already. And did I mention that I love to have a balcony? :D

Today it is back to work. x(

Oh the balcony is perfect. Sun comes on it in the afternoon and stays till the sun goes down. Perfect for a working gal like me :) Had to pull down the awning (?) because I started to get red on my arm :P

Foot is hurting. Might have pulled or ripped my ligament. x( Have an app tomorrow morning to get it checked out.

I think they will give me a splint for it. I kept it quiet over the weekend but today I have to walk quite a bit. I am glad while I can sit on my desk and relax my foot. It hurts more and more.

BTW, I tried out my camera. Not on interesting subjects like Simon. Just playing with it. Might take a bit of getting used to. It's TINY -- makes my other Elph look like a brick! The buttons are laid out slightly different. But it seems to take good pics.

They are good. I inquired about the Library School and will formally apply, so at least I'll have that done. Then to figure out a way to pay for it without loans. I'm going to look more in the kinds of jobs associated with this kind of degree, not just working in public libraries.
