3. Wade Philips has a diabolical plan to beat the Skins next year!

Wade Phillips, clearly upset about the Dallas Cowboys blowing playoff chances, decides to find out from Bill Belichick what his secret is. So, Phillips travels up to a Patriots practice and asks Belichick, "Coach, how is it that your team is so good? What's your secret?"

Belichick responds by calling Tom Brady over. "Tom, who's your father's brother's nephew?" Brady answers, "Why coach, that's easy. It's me."

Belichick turns to Phillips and says, "That's the secret, Wade. A smart quarterback. You've got to have a smart quarterback."

Thinking he's finally got all the tools he needs, Phillips returns to Texas and the Cowboys work-out. He promptly calls over Tony Romo. "Romo! Who's your father's brother's nephew?" Tony looks perplexed, thinks a minute and says, "Coach, can I get back to you after practice on that one?" Phillips (disgusted) says, "OK."

During practice, Romo calls over Roy Williams. "Roy, coach just asked me the weirdest question. Who's your father's brother's nephew?" Williams: "Duh! That's easy. It's me!"

After practice, Romo catches up with Phillips: "Coach, I think I've got it. My father's brother's nephew is Roy Williams."

Phillips (angry): "no, No, NO! You idiot!! It's Tom Brady!!!

7. Patriots get their toughest schedule since Belichick took over.

3rd toughest in the league this year. Should be fun! :)

AFC west & NFC west. And they only won 11 games with at least 6 guaranteed wins out of conference.

8. Steelers sched looks like cake as well, but,

last season they were supposed to have the toughest schedule in the league, and look how that worked out for them, so you never know.

13. Yep. I looked at the schedule last night.....

the schedule looks fairly easy - which kinda scares me, to be honest. It seems that when they have easy schedules, they slack off. :scared:

I guess we'll find out soon enough. :)

I don't think ANYONE in the NFC East has it easy. I really think all four teams are going to be very competitive again this year. And I'm positive the Skins won't be no stinking 8-8 this year.
