So, we went in Lock down tonight at work. Apparently, there were
gunshots at the McDonald's down the street. We reopened the doors in 30 minutes. That is all I know at the moment. How was your day?

2. Not as exciting as yours....
Woke up in Cancun at about 6 this morning. Had to ride to Atlanta, then ride home to Dallas. Last evening in Cancun was fun, though.

10. Yeah, because the cops always show up when a car backfires,
You know, because they can't tell the difference.

14. I have been trying to get more info. I really don't know
The Rest of The Story. I should have stopped in on my way home last night. It was one of those Gas Stations/McDonalds. There is also an ATM there. This was about 4pm - 4:30pm yesterday. I can't find anything on Google. I just know that shots were fired and the police were on the scene. I am fine. Thanks :)

My gunshot story: I was on a federal grand jury on the upper floor of the downtown courthouse. The Cowboys had won a superbowl and they were having a parade. Some dingbat decided to let kids out of school for the parade and they congregated at the McD's across the street from the courthouse. A riot broke out and we were locked down. After about an hour they let us leave, but another round of gunfire began. We had to be escorted to our cars all hunkered down. It was really scary but the adrenaline made it kind of exciting too.

18. I was working at a Home Depot
when a woman drove wildly into the parking lot. She had cut another car off on the road, and he followed her. He got out with a gun and shot her windows out. Then he came in the store looking for her. He ran out before the cops got there. retail can be deadly.
