Where does the time go. She is growing so fast!

3. I really feel like she was just in my belly like last week!
Before I know it, she will be walking around. Savor is right. Sometimes we get too much in a hurry.

5. Okay. Word to the wise my friend.
If you think time is flying now, wait until she starts school. My dad told me when TM was an infant that time flew once a child started school and he was right.

And, Bella is adorable.

6. I am kinda torn right now. I said when she turned 1 we would try
for another. But I want her to be by herself longer I think. But with my issues with fertility and me getting older, I am scared to put it off longer. It took me 5 years to get her here. I really am unsure. Not to mention I was deathly ill for the first 4 1/2 months of pregnancy. I don't want to be sick and missing my precious time with her.

9. I threw up all day long when I was pregnant with BabyM
and BoyM? He was three and doesn't remember it. I remember napping on the couch and telling him to 'wake Mommy when Rug rats is over'.

And he adored her when she was born. He spent the first year of her life asking if he could 'kisth her, can I kisth her?'

He had a bit of a speech impediment.

Whatever you guys decide, you'll make it work.

14. I love how little kids pronounce things!! So cute.
Thanks for that. I know all moms make it work somehow. I just can't fathom loving another baby as much even though I know I will. If I am lucky enough to get pregnant again, I will try to cherish the pregnancy part too. I find myself missing it sometimes which blows my mind. I was so ready to get that part over with. But after the sickness, it was fun kind of.

18. Time does fly, mine is 2.5
as for the pronounciation...well...BB Maine-ah..when she says truck, it sounds like she's saying fuck. I correct her every time, but she still says "mama, big fuck, bye-bye" when ever she sees one go by.

7. My dear Shell Beau!
She is adorable! I know she will be smart too...Just like her momma!

The time does fly by...Mine are 36 and 42! I still remember them being babies, though...

Such a precious time...

10. I will surely savor it. I try to every day.
That is partly why I post her pics so much. She just amazes me. Simple things that all babies do, I find amazing. I can see how I must get on people's nerves by bragging so much. But really, I just can't help it. Smitten is a perfect word! :) Thanks!

blue eyes. The blue eyes part is crazy!! Mine are hazel with a strong brown background. My husband's are greenish hazel. We both have do dig a little deep to find the blue eyes in our family background. Not to mention that Bella has a very pale color to her. I tan so easy. She will be one that I really have to watch in the sun.

they grow up way way way too fast. I wish there was a way to pause them at whatever age for a few years. Too much love.

23. I hate to tell you, but that lament only gets worse and more frequent.
My "babies" are 9 and 12, and I can only imagine what it feels like to have adult children.

If you want to make yourself sob uncontrollably, listen to Nancy Griffith's version of "Turn Around."

Where are you goin' my little one, little one?
Where are you goin' my baby my own?
Turn around and you're two
Turn around and you're four
Turn around and you're a young girl
Going out of the door

Turn around
Turn around
Turn around and you're a young girl
Going out of the door

Where are you goin' my little one, little one?
Little Dirndles and petticoats, where have you gone?
Turn around and you're tiny
Turn around and you're grown
Turn around and you're a young wife
With babes of your own

Turn around
Turn around
Turn around and you're a young wife
With babes of your own

Where are you goin' my little one, little one?
Where are you goin' my baby my own?

and that's the highest compliment a southerner can give to a child.

Don't blink, treasure the time and enjoy watching her grow. It will amaze you.

25. Look at those cute little arms !!
Can I hold her and kiss her on top of her little downy head? Aren't babies just cute at that age. I was at the DMV this am and a mother was bouncing her 7 mo. old baby girl on her knees.

30. Yep, just wait...
Until they start school and you can't bear the thought of letting them go....

Or

Until they hit 9 and you can't bear the thought of them being home all day in the summer...

Or

Until they are 12 and they say they hate you for the first time...

Or

Until they are 16 and they can't believe how stupid you are...

Or

Until they are 18 and they can't stand living at home anymore (but they can stand it enough not to get a job and move out).

I wouldn't miss it for the world, though. It's a great ride. I love it all, the good and the bad.
