I can't find ANYTHING on their website, and I need to talk to them about switching some business lines over.

1. I found this:
"Skype is owned by eBay....866-934-9647 i HATE skype, but you can contact them through this # "

At the following link:

http://www.contacthelp.com/directory/Media/Cable+Television,+Internet+and+Phone/Skype?ListingID=330

It looks like it probably won't help much, but it might be worth a try. It looks like Skype does not have a customer service number per se.

4. Yeah, that # brings me to an overseas call center
which then offers to tell me the link that I can email skype at.

The irony is, my boss wants to switch to skype, because of wasting too much time with Verizon customer service. At least with them you can eventually reach a live person who could theoretically help you.

2. Maybe you have to use Skype!
Okay, that's a bit of a rip-off from an old Dilbert where he calls tech support to complain that his e-mail isn't working and they tell him the only way they accept tech support requests is via e-mail.
