I just did the Wii Fit's Free Step Aerobics while listening to a B-52s CD. NOTHING gets me moving like the B-52s! :D

1. Limp Bizkit is my favorite workout music.
I don't really care for it, but it's as hard as it needs to be and it's the perfect tempo. For cardio, I like older (Mortal Kombat era) techno rock.

5. No wonder "Rock Lobster" is your earworm!
Could be worse. Could be Quiche Lorraine. has anybody seen a dog dyed dark green? 'bout two inches tall with a strawberry blonde fall sunglasses and a bonnet and designer jeans with appliques on it LOVE the B-52s. We are children of our generation, are we not?

We certainly are! It was fun to work out to the B-52s. I was even singing along, much to the chagrin of the darling 7 year old daughter.

10. I used to run to "Cosmic," but they were one of a bunch of bands I ran to at
that time. Not my favorite, but they had their time and place.

That stuff gets the blood going. It's basically designed to make you want to fight and fuck.
