2. Country-style pork ribs

simmered for several hours in the crockpot with sauerkreaut, granulated garlic, and coarse ground pepper served with small garlic-butter red creamer potatoes. I had a little prepared horseradish on the side to dip the meat into.

Just finished eating a few minutes ago. Was very yummy.

5. Linguine Carbonara

1 lb. linguine

1/2 stick of butter

1 small onion

5-6 cloves garlic

1 1/2 cups Parmesan

4 eggs

Fresh Ground Black Pepper

crack em right over the pasta, stir and serve. It's Carbo-licious

the parmesan, stir fast, add pasta. Yum.
