11. Tapioca is not just for dessert any more.
I am seeing tapioca being used more and more in cooking recipes and drinks. Of course as pudding (large pearl or small pearl) is the yummiest!

14. The very name sounds stupid as hell.
That's a dumb contributing factor to my unlove for tapioca, but I'm willing to own that dumbness because it's a part of me.

22. If you ever get the inclination to try it, it's best if you buy some tapioca
and make it yourself. It's as easy as dumping all the ingredients in a pan and cooking for a few minutes. It beats the ready made (which I fand to be too sweet and have a kind of gummy texture) kind hands down.

16. Warm or cold?
Nothing better than warm chocolate pudding with a dollop of cold whipped cream, but warm and creamy tapioca is a close second.:P

17. Ooo tough call
I'd have to say chilled after a nice hot meal, but the occasional just off the stove dishful is a treat.

They still hide it from me at Xmastime :)

20. Ever read Calvin and Hobbes?
He had to get a time-out for saying "Please pass the fish eyes in glue."

While in the corner he mumbled over and over "...please pass the tapioca pudding..."

But when I lived in SE Asia, we used to have sago pudding -which is essentially the same thing -which would be mixed with coconut milk and palm sugar. It was to die for
