My babysitter's house burned down...

I feel so horrible for her. The house is boarded up, they can't live there.

I have so much stuff - clothing, books, etc.

Is it tacky to give her some clothing? Or do I get her a gift card?

They are a family of 5 - twin girls in high school and an 11 y/o girl.

On edit- I'm getting them a gift card regardless, just wondering if it's tacky up give her my used stuff...

My guess is that they would welcome anything right now, so I don't think it's tacky to share your things.

It's not tacky to be generous. You probably have more stuff she can use than she could buy with the gift card and I'm sure everything will be welcome.
