We worked together from 1996 until 200x ... can't remember exactly when he left, but I think it was before I left in 2001. He taught me how to be assertive about equal pay. I will always be grateful to him for that. I remember during the Clinton years, he somehow got the impression that I was a Republican and said that everyone who lived west of a certain road was Republican. I told him I most certainly was NOT a Republican, even though I lived west of that road. :rofl:

He tried to get me to like country music one time by giving me a Shania Twain CD. Didn't work. :rofl: Gosh, he'll have to tell you all the other stuff when he gets here. He told me about a new interest, but I think I'll let him share it. Maybe he'll post pics! :bounce:

Yes, he's a Great Pyrenees. Came to us as a rescued dog with his friend, Sunny. She was just a little puppy then, but it was love at first sight apparently. They've been shacking up ever since. The other two would love to get in on it, but it's hopeless. Sunny and Sebastian only have eyes for each other. :loveya:

I'm a wide eyed, wild liberal. I hope I taught AirmensMom a few things about being liberal. I'm also a card caring NRA member and a gun touting Florida resident... I use that line to get the attention of my constipated, conservative Republican "friends." I live in the most Republican county of Florida. So, I figure, if I don't have many liberal friends here, at least the conservatives won't know whether I'm "carrying" or not... Got defend myself anyway I can.

I have found at least 4 other liberal Democratics here. If I knew this county was a "hot-bed" of constipated, conservatives, we may not have moved here. But...

The water is wonderful and the someone needs to "enlighten" these folks that there is a life after Bushy...
