Life Expectancy and Age Calculator - See how long you'll live!!
Edited on Thu Apr-23-09 12:54 PM by supernova
:D

Right now my health Age is about 40 (six years younger). My life expectancy is about 81 years. If I make all the health changes I got planned, that changes to a health age of 26 and a demise at about 92.

Have a go -

Wow, that "happily married" really drove up the longevity. I'm going to get in shape this year so I can climb Mt. Rainier next summer.

That family longevity should have been an ace in the hole. Great grandma was 99. Blanche is 97 and counting. Frances was 82, but she smoked. Great grandpa was only 73, but he smoked. Pepere is 82. Ted was 96. Uncle Paul was pushing 90 too. What throws the curve is that my Dad died of a stroke at 52.

32. Cool. I can party all I want. I'll be dead in 3 years anyhow.
Biological Age: 38
Virtual Age: 71.3

Average Life Expectancy: 75
Your (my) Life Expectancy: 41.7

You can expect to live approximately another 1400 more days.

Thing is, I was being totally honest on the test. How much would it cost for about 2800 joints and 1400 bottles of Smirnoff. Dammit, I wanna go out feeling good. :P

I can expect to stomp around for another 45 years, when I'm 98. But I'm shooting for a hundred. Just you watch. Actually, I've caught the longevity genes that run in the family, so I've been expecting to bop for quite a while....unless I die first.

34. Life expectancy 81.4,
virtual age 39.4 (my natural age I put as 46). I don't believe it... nobody in my family lives for fewer than 85 years, and most had led more decadent/stressful lives than I'm leading.

with a life expectancy of about 80 (which gives me another 44 years).

Typically, though, it only asks about total cholesterol, which isn't a very good indicator of risk, IMO. My total cholesterol is great, as is my LDL. My triglycerides are ok (after a couple years of exercise and medication) and my HDL is low. The low HDL and high ratio (around 8 if I remember right) are indicators of higher risk than my total cholesterol shows.

In addition...it's a little hard to say the age my parents died...as they're still alive. I sort of put that question somewhere near where my grandparents and other relatives died, but...it's not easy to say on that - it isn't like they all died at the same general age, or anything.
