damn, I had to cheat and look at the names of the pictures to figure out who the guys pictured are...I haven't seen one episode of Dr. Who, I'll try to catch a few...

The first is Captain Jack Harkness, yes, from Doctor Who and Torchwood.

The second is Wesley Wyndham-Price from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. He was a Watcher, a person expertly trained to assist vampire slayers. The best marksmen in the Buffyverse.
