1. Are you into different cheeses?

You could do a romaine lettuce with peccorino/romano cheeses, some tomato/cucumber/whatever floats your boat, with some sort of balsamic or Caesar dressing.

4. I went with the salad

I'm back from Lambert's with the following ingredients for my salad:

Romaine lettuce
cucumber
grape tomatoes
green pepper
red onion
corn scraped off the cob
Newman's ranch dressing
cheese & garlic croutons

I'm afraid the croutons might be stale though. :(
