I just ate an apple. Will it cure my jones for Oreos?
Or even some chocolate milk?

I have been suffering with amazing horrible and certainly emotion-based munchies today.

8. I'm not sure Oreos qualify as chocolate
They look like chocolate but I don't think they taste like chocolate. Nevertheless, they are my favorite cookie.

3. no, it won't.

I have never, ever been able to diet by refusing myself treats. It just doesn't work for me. I'll have an apple or something to take the edge off, and then buy one of those small convenience-store packets of Oreos (only 6 in the package) and then eat them through the course of the day. 1-2 Oreos rather than 10-12 that I'd eat if I had a full bag of them.

So, some emotional succor without guilt.

6. Depends on whether or not weed was involved.
If so, then definitely not.

7. You already know the answer, BV, you just won't admit it.
Eat the oreo, skip the apple - you will save calories.

Those apples are just laden with calories.
