There are way too many to put in one poll, but I'm sure you can be creative.

As is the location of the best muff.

Although there's a local deli here in Baton Rouge that comes in a VERY close second.

32. Even more "Naturally N'Awlins": the po'boy
a member of the sub/hero/grinder/hoagie genus. Life in Mid-City officially began again when Parkway Bakery started serving its famed roast beef po'boys early in 2006. Seafood po'boys such as shrimp and oyster are esteemed as well. Then there's "debris", made famous by Mother's in the central business district (they don't say "downtown" because that's one of the four cardinal directions there); it's the gravy from the roast beef, complete with lots of tasty little charred end pieces.

45. Snuffy Smith reference
Barney Google and Snuffy Smith have been using the term "Sammiches" since, oh shit, 1930 or something? Barney isn't in the strip anymore, although I think he made a cameo 15 years ago or something. So "sammich" is just a nod to an old cartoon.

46. None of the above
The best sandwich that can possibly be made is the BBB -- which means Bacon, Bacon and more Bacon. To make it, you put about a pound of bacon between two slices of bread.
