So many artists have done justice to this great tune. My own favorite is the version by Booker T & the MG's. No doubt you're familiar with this, but I'll put it here for anyone else interested.

The sound quality here is fine but I had to turn the volume up higher than normal. As excellent as this performance is, I still like the studio version just a bit better. It's even more languid and sultry. I don't like sweating, but this music makes me want to sweat.
