My forehead and the area around my honker have been hurting for a week now. Maybe I finally need to try one of those things. You know those things that you actually pour water into your nose. I have always feared those for some reason. Neti or something like that!!

1. I tried that but couldn't get it to work. However, I used to have major sinus problems

but have greatly reduced them simply by using saline spray twice a day to keep my sinus membranes moist. I was really surprised that it worked so well.I was taking Sudafed 2-3 times a week for sinus headaches and that has been just about eliminated. You should try that before spending money on a Neti pot. Plain old saline spray works for me!

2. I will try some. My baby has some here and I think it is the same

for adults. Maybe I will just squirt a little extra.

3. If you do get a netipot...

make sure it's plastic. Those ceramic ones can break pretty easily.
