13. It works better as a preventative
Once you have an infection Vitamin C can only do so much. Bed rest, fluids, thats pretty much it.

4. I think always lots of fluids (clear liquids), bland foods,
tylenol (or something similar) for fever, and rest. Mostly though, it takes time.
