Official Saturday Night NASCAR thread
Edited on Sat May-02-09 07:53 PM by Renew Deal
NASCAR is in Richmond tonight. It's one of the tighter tracks in the series, so it should be an exciting race.

3. I've been to two races. Sonoma and Bristol
Bristol is SHORT! It was the August 2007 race. Great race. The first 125 laps went off without a caution and people were kind of annoyed. lol

4. I went to Vegas
for the inaugural race. I hated it. I like to be able to go home with dirt and rubber on my face from bein' right down on the track... LOL! I took my radio and headphones thinkin' it would be loud like the short tracks, boy was I disappointed. I could hear everything that was going on over the loud speaker. Plus, when I go to a race, I like to WATCH the race. I had to talk to people at Vegas 'cause I could hear them.

I'd love to go to Bristol. People do like their wrecks there... LOL!

5. Did you see the accident last week?
It's amazing that the fence held up. I like action, but that's a bit much.

6. Yep
I can't believe Carl was able to trot across the finish line after that ride. Says a lot for the catch fence. That could have been a real bad scene in the stands.
