5. Love black beans and rice as well
A little Lizano (Costa Rican sauce) over it, and you've got a real treat!

8. I had Aroz con guandules and pollo frito, with
bizcocho de vainilla (and 1/2 a flan and some pudin de pan for later).

We just started eating there last week, and I want to try everything they make. Great food in large quantities.

12. Never make it - this stuff makes the whole car smell great - you
would get empty bags.

11. I don't know the cuisine at all, what are the flavors?

I know rice, beans, chicken and fish are probably staples - what are the vegetables and spices?

13. Funny, I have been cooking for many years and I don't know what
the spices are - not hot, but quite savory.
