I never write anymore, all I do is type.
And my handwriting now looks like that of a serial killer. Can you fall out of "handwriting" practice?

Anyone else experiencing that?

2. I sure have.
Even my signature is now completely unreadable and not even consistent. My canceled checks all look like forgeries.

3. Hard for me to say, I've always typed more than written and my handwriting has always been horrible.
Probably because I learned how to type properly in 3rd grade.

4. Sort of. My edit notes on students' papers is messier. But on the class chalkboard
my handwriting of the daily assignments is still textbook perfect. It's odd.

6. Absolutely. I noticed a few years ago that my handwriting
had become horrible. What's more, it now feels awkward to write.

22. That's the worst part of it; how awkward it feels now.
I used to have beautiful handwriting. Everyone always complimented me on how neat it was. Now, it feels awkward even holding a pen or pencil. If I know what's good for me, I'll use a pencil with lots of eraser still left, because I'm going to need it.

14. I've even lost my typing skills.
I've become totally dependent on the compiler to find my typos.

20. Yes, you can definitely fall out of practice! My handwriting has suffered also.
My printing still looks like a grade-school teacher's, but my cursive has gotten distinctly sloppier. I also have less patience patience for writing in longhand - I can't go fast enough.

23. You address cards to me two or three times a year, and your handwriting would shame a doctor.
I type all day long (I can write case notes at work, but typing is easier because I don't need to recopy later and my hands don't hurt afterward- stupid arthritis) but I think my handwriting is fine. You'd probably know better than me, you see it whenever I send you stuff.

25. I write a lot
but.. I write like a 3rd grader, so it's easy to read.

Hmm.. I bet I can print legibly faster than I can type.. not good :(
