Doesn't matter what it is. Find a recipe in one of your cookbooks, and tear into it. If you don't have the ingredients on hand, just fake it with whatever is in the cupboard. If all you've got is taco shells, capers, and nutmeg, then invent taco shells with capers and nutmeg.

I was going to cook corned beef tomorrow -- maybe I'll put it in the crockpot overnight. And make corned beef and eggs for breakfast. Yum!

(Yeah, I know it isn't exactly St. Patrick's Day. I bought it then when it was really cheap and put it in the freezer. I thawed it out this afternoon.)
