what temp and how long to bake a cornish game hen?
Just your basic hen..little..I tried google but I wasn't getting any straight answers. Thanks in advance

1. Go down to the cooking and baking group
and search for it. I know we've had a few game hen threads. I can't remember how I do it, at the moment.

4. I used to make those.
I believe it was 325 or 350 till it's done, depends on the size somewhat.

8. Rinse it well, stick a quarter of an apple in the rear hole, roast it
at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours, more or less. If it is nicely brown and the legs are loose, it's done. Let it sit at room temp for 5 minutes before you cut it.

13. Just yesterday roasted a small chicken using my method, but
with 1/2 a lemon, and sprinkled it with powdered ginger.
Just great.

9. 350° for
one hour, then check to see if it needs a little more time. I tent it with some aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes, then take that off to let the hen brown.
