Darn crazy medicines, darn going crazy and needing medicine! Just got my bill for 7ish days in hell, it's going to cost $11,000 odd dollars. I can't pay that, I don't have a job because I'm nuts, and now I'm in pain. There's supposed to be an insurance plan for it, but I can't apply without my picture ID, which I lost when I went crazy. :cry:

3. I like Arnica Gel for aches.

You use it externally, so chances of drug interaction is limited. A nice warm bath can do wonders as well. :hug:

7. I can share what helps me...

I have horrible osteoarthritis in one knee and when I overdo things, it causes extra pain (duh).
I can feel the tightness which is swelling and can swear that icing it helps. The doc said to use ice for no more than 15 minutes at a time and have my knee higher than my heart.
It works and no drugs!

(I keep the GOOD stuff for when I am REALLY hurting)
