5. Working on making moar

I haven't created jewelry since the 80's. Back then, I made stuff out of melted plastic. Got pieces into some fairly high-end shops. My lungs suffered but it was fun. This time, it's my hands that are suffering. Calluses are ouchie!

Maybe. I'm sort of a fool when it comes to stuff like that. When I was a hairdresser, I refused to wear gloves and always walked around with hair dye stained hands. When I made the plastic jewelry, I couldn't bring myself to wear a face mask. Gotta suffer or it's not art, right?

10. I was once a fool....

I mixed a lot of automotive paint without gloves for about 3 years. One day in a paint class they told us NEVER to use lacquer thinner without gloves. It takes your liver 72 hours to filter out the toxins from 10 seconds of exposure to bare skin.

Yeah, that made me feel stupid, still does in fact when I think of it.
