I had a very sexual dream about my friend's wife last night.

I have no idea why though. I haven't seen him or her in years. I'm not particularly attracted to his wife. And, we don't really get along that well.

It was really weird. It didn't even really look like her, but for some reason I knew it was her.

I have occasional sex dreams about people I have less than no interest in having sex with. I'm weird, but not for that.

Dreams are just random bits of brain firing off and then you stringing it all together into some kind of narrative later. They don't really mean anything, except to the extent that how you put it all together and interpret it can be slightly instructive sometimes.
