How are you today?

I got a haircut yesterday. My hair is a bit shorter again. And shorter in the back than in the front. At the end of the stay at my hairdresser a really cute British guy came in :D .... missed opportunity .... darn :rofl: And before you ask how I know he was a Brit .... there is this thing called British English :D

Sunday me and two friends will have a "Pirates" day. We want to watch all three "Pirates of the Carribean" movies :D
Any idea what food and drinks I could serve? Fitting the theme? And no, we won't dress up :P

My blanket came off my back this morning in such a way that it felt like "something" was on me. It made me wake up screaming like a cat in a fight. That's what my aunt said I sounded like anyhow. I was in the living room on the couch in the dark. Yogi came running from my room and my aunt came rolling (she has to ride a scooter because of the MS) from her bedroom at the same time. Both of them looked at me funny. For Yogi to come to my rescue took some real bravery on his part. He normally gets behind my legs when I have to face off with whatever Mother Nature has sent to terrorize me next. My hero! :eyes:

What a way to wake up. Yogi's eyes were as big as saucers. :rofl:

I have to go to the doctor today. He only checks my blood pressure and asks me zillions of questions. It's like an interrogation to make sure I'm not damn near killing myself by the things I do on a daily basis. I can't wait to tell him about the snake. :P

I shall go empty my pockets of all the change now. The nurse won't hold it while she weighs me. She won't take paper money bribes to "let's 'pretend like' I weigh about 5 pounds less" either. Of all the people to be all ethical and refuse bribes. :rofl:

Anyhow, I'm removing the change considering she won't hold it for me when she weighs me. That's a good 5 pounds right there (pennies) and my pants are fitting looser than they did. I had gained about 15-20 pounds on the Zoloft. It's good for the depression, but makes you gain a few pounds. I had some leeway there because I was rail thin before the Zoloft, but I still don't want to balloon up or anything.

I like my new haircut. It is easy to tend. I hate standing in the bath for hours to do my hair and make-up. So a good haircut is worth quite a bit.

Pirates always drink RUM! I would think they would eat meat, legs of chicken and so on. But I guess you could just have seafood.

Since I talked to you yesterday, I found yet another young melon on my vine. This one is quite large. I took a pic and will try and post it here in a few minutes.

A Czech friend of mine gave me a bottle of Slivovitz (not sure the spelling). Apparently this beverage does not agree with me and I am not myself this morning, lol.
