4. About a Month Ago
beck was promoting his "comedy" show on the radio and told his lemmings to keep an eye out for people writing notes because those would be evil liberals reviewing his show and they should be killed. Just a barrel full of elephants those wacky conservative comedians. No doubt Dr Tiller's murderer had a stand up routine.

6. Are there any actual examples of the jokes?
the Cracked guy's notes are obviously fake, and it's a satirical magazine, so who knows what was actually said... not that I'd guess it's funny, but I have a hard time believing even a dope like Beck would openly advocate rape.
