Liked For The Atari 2600 Was Video Pinball. I Could Play That
Game All Day Long. :-)

2. Best Atari 2600 game ever:
Pole Position. It wasn't as good as the arcade machines (what home games were?), but it could keep me occupied for hours.

but noone ever remembers that game (and I was only 4 or 5 when I had the damn thing). I still remember the music...

17. Robotron was great, but...
... you really needed to play it with two joysticks to really get the feel of how the game was supposed to work. I taped two of them to a box so that I could get it going correctly. Ahhhh, what a great game.

16. Adventure
was clearly the greatest Atari game ever devised.

Though it's playability doesn't really stick. Some of the old reliables are still fun to play, most *way* funner to play than today's arcade games.
