5 pounds down, 28 to go!
Took 2 months to get those 5 pounds down and, as a present to myself, I bought a 4 pound bag of dark chocolate m&ms on Saturday... have eaten about 2 pounds by now and the rest is in the freezer...

Given the exercise helps the arthritis and other conditions, the more I do means the sooner I get rid of the blubber and maybe I can push some of this into remission.

I hate being organic...

I hate chiropractors more.

2. You know, organic doesn't have to mean tastes bad.
I'm an organic home-cook and I love my food.

Perhaps, it's more eating crap you just don't want to eat? I have a simple solution to that issue, I don't eat it. There is plenty of healthy delicious food in the world that nobody should ever have to eat crap that tastes like cardboard.

You know, a little fat or sugar or cheese or butter isn't always bad for weight loss...the key word in that sentence being "little". I'm much happier and sated and less likely to cheat on my diet if I've had a short (very small size) mocha. I'm okay with myself if I have a Hershey bar once a week. I splurge and get the bakery bread rather than the stuff that comes to the store on a truck. Organic veggies taste better than the hot-house crap. So does organic dairy...though I'm trying to do less dairy.

If you need recipes, just ask. It'll be veg because I'm a vegetarian and it's all I cook. Trust me, you won't miss the meat. I don't do the crappy faux meats because they suck for the most part. A small mac and cheese with a large salad and a big glass of water tastes better than the crap most people eat and is better for you. Alternately, explore Mediterranean and African cuisines...there is a reason that people in those parts of the world are thinner which has nothing to do with starvation actually...they just eat a lower cal diet than Westerners do and are more active. The food tastes good because it's not fake food...it's just better for you food.
