8. And technically, the band's singer is Irish, though the group formed in LA...

so I don't count it as an "Irish" band.

It seems almost every big city has its American Celtic Band, though.
LA = Flogging Molly
NYC = Black 47
Boston = Dropkick Murphys
Chicago = The Tossers

And on and on...
