How can I get printouts of checks cashed on a closed account?

I had an checking and credit account on BOA for over 10 years.

I've had a rough year, and couldn't keep up with my CC payments. Worried that they could help themselves to my checking account money to make the CC payments, I closed the checking account in August, and opened up one in another bank

Now my HOA is accusing me of not making a matainace fee payment. I have proof of the payments from Aug until the present (printouts from my current bank), but when I log on my BOA account, only the cc information shows.

Is there a way to get the copies? I'm afraid to go to the bank and getting beat up over the CC debt.

1. Call their BANKING support line instead of going into the bank.

The number will probably be on an old statement. It is highly unlikely that the support rep will have access to anything other than the bank account files. They should be able to send you a copy of the canceled check, but they will probably charge for it. Good luck.

2. You are going to HAVE to ask the bank for them.

The are the only ones that are going to be able to supply you copies if you don't have an account that returns cancelled checks.

do what I need once they check the cc.
