Usually winds are so-so here in Cincinnati, but we are about to have a repeat of high wind weather like last year. We actually had Category 1 winds that took out power for most of the evening back in August 2008, and high winds again this summer-we had power out for 3-4 hours. It was okay back then because the weather was warm-but I can hear the howling right now and the windows rattle-and I'm nervous.
My cat doesn't mind though....and it is 44 degrees-so far.
