When you have an explicit dream about a co-worker...

1. The very best thing to do
is to recount it all in detail via email to said co-worker but then "accidentally" send it to the whole office.

Accidentally, of course.

Accidents do happen, you know.

3. Yes.
I had one not too long ago, and shared it with a very good gal pal far away. That way I got it off my chest and no one here was the wiser, especially no one at work.

:hi:

4. No. It's best to post about it in the lounge
But seriously, I've had those and my experience has been that it has ALWAYS improved the relationship with that co-worker. Not that there had been a problem before, but afterwards it was like the friendships just got deeper suddenly.

I'd be curious if that happens to you (or anyone else, for that matter). And how to attribute it.

6. you should tell said co-worker about it

7. A co-worker once told me about his explicit dream about me.
It was my last day on the job and they had a little party for me. A man who worked in my department, but I did not know well at all, told me he had the dream about me. It flipped me out a bit when he did; I felt pretty weird about it. I guess he figured he'd never see me again so he could tell me, but I still don't see why it would even occur to him to do so.

9. i'd mos def keep my trap shut in that case
i'm sorry that men are creepy like that - i certainly try not to be, and grow increasingly conscious of it as i age.

i'm about 99% sure this is a case of mutual admiration, though.
