Mysterious 'horse boy' on Google street view
Mysterious 'horse boy' on Google street view

A man wearing a horses' head, known as 'horse boy' has become an internet sensation after being photographed by Google's street view cameras in Aberdeen.

The man who is seen wearing a purple shirt and black trousers, has on his head a brown and white horses' head mask. He can be seen putting the mask on from further down the road, and looks as though is hair is white.

People are now trying to find out the identity of this horse boy. According to the BBC people have been emailing in saying that they know who horse boy is, some claim to be him and others who claim to have met the mysterious figure in different places. However so far his identity is still a mystery.

3. It kind of puts me in mind of 'The Wickerman'
which incidentally takes place on a Scottish Island. If you haven't seen it, rent it sometime. Sort of low budget and dated (very 60's) but otherwise very good in a strange sort of way. :-)

He figured a horse's head was the perfect disguise since the rest of him is already the other end of the horse.
