I started my no carb diet today..

kicked it off with a plate of fish and chips, pint of amber beer and mousse choc covered cake....I have no willpower:cry:

2. I found it really hard to be on it after a while. My low carb weight loss amounted to
25 pounds over 4 months. I then stopped the diet and have gained back 15 pounds in the last three months.
