It's the only color Herman Hesse used to write all his books. (Inside joke, but he loved 'Krapplack' so much he even wrote poems about it.) ;)

Of course, in between, he had to beat his wife with his Nobel prize for literature. But you won't find this about him. The neighbors knew, though.
