If my 8 week old puppy is 8 pounds, how much will it way fully grown?

Is there any way to know. We think the mix is 75% Lab and 25% golden but we have only seen the mother.

I have a Norwegian Elkhound / Chow cross. He is 1year old now and weighs 70lbs.

I've seen anywhere from 50-100 pounds. I don't know the significance of the weight at 8 weeks, I'm not a vet or a breeder, but I would stand by for a biggun

Most Lab puppies are around 10 lbs at eight weeks of age and reach 50 lbs at around seven months of age.

5. No way to even guess. 8 weeks isn't a good checkpoint.

You could have a dog that will weigh 35 lbs or a dog that weighs 80. How big are the feet?

10. we just lost our 70 pound boxer

so we are ready for that size. The mother seemed on the small side for a lab.

11. Look at his feet

I don't think you can accurately figure the full grown size but I've always found the feet to be a good predictor of large/medium/small. My Lab got to 115 lbs (not a shred of fat) and his feet at 10 weeks old were little tree stumps.
